A Heartfelt Thank You We extend our deepest thanks to everyone who joined us for our Festival Day in honour of our Patron Saint, St. Pappin, on Thursday, 31st July — his feast day. We are especially grateful to all who took part in the parish summer camp, Camp Hope, and to those who joined us for the Walk of Hope to Poppintree Park. It was a beautiful celebration of God’s creation and the gift of community that we are so blessed to share. A very special thank you to our wonderful volunteers who cared for everyone with such warmth, to DJ Karl for keeping the energy and joy flowing all day through music, and to Robert Murphy from Shangan Centra, who generously supplied the delicious hot food. We also thank Dublin City Council for their valued support. Our Festival Day was a great success, and we hope each of you found joy and inspiration as we honoured St. Pappin and continued our journey together as Pilgrims of Hope.
Congratulations and well done to everyone who volunteered and participated in this years Summer Camp – Camp Hope! It was another hugely successful camp, filled with fun, learning, faith and music. We were delighted to welcome a full group again this year, with a waiting list – so a reminder for next year; register early, as we are unable to exceed our allowed numbers. A massive thank you to Fr. Rajesh, Aideen and their incredible team of volunteers. Your energy, dedication and spirit are truly inspiring – you make this camp possible.
Wishing you all a joyful and restful summer!
